• The recipient of the delivery is also of legal drinking age

We reserve the right to request age verification and may refuse or cancel an order if verification fails.

• Bottle renders are for presentation and may differ slightly from delivered products
• Vintage, alcohol percentage, and PDO specifications are accurate as stated

All products are sold as-is and subject to availability.

All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without notice
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders resulting from pricing or typographical errors

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within the European Union.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers
• Customs checks within the EU
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following key conditions:

• Opened bottles cannot be returned
• Unauthorized returns (returns not approved via customer support) will not be accepted
• All approved refunds are issued minus €26 return processing & handling fee per bottle, even for discounted or promotional purchases
• Customers must initiate the return process within the specified timeframe

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the damage for verification.

We will replace or refund the item according to our policies.

All content on the Website—including logos, bottle designs, images, text, product descriptions, and brand elements—is the exclusive property of REGMIA Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
