Wholesale Outside the European Union

We welcome wholesale inquiries from partners located outside the European Union. Due to the nature of international trade in alcoholic beverages, all non-EU wholesale clients must be fully able to handle the import process in their own country.

Importer Responsibilities

Wholesale partners outside the EU are responsible for:

  • All import procedures required by their local authorities.
  • Customs clearance, taxes, duties, and any regulatory compliance in the destination country.
  • Ensuring that their business meets all legal requirements to import, distribute, and sell alcoholic products.

Shipping & Logistics

All international wholesale orders are supplied on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. The wholesale partner is responsible for arranging collection from our warehouse in Cyprus through their own freight forwarder or carrier.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping fees are included in our wholesale pricing.
  • Partners may choose their preferred international freight method (air, sea, or courier).
  • We will:
    • Prepare and safely package the products for export.
    • Coordinate with your chosen freight forwarder, ensuring the goods are ready for pickup at our warehouse in Cyprus.

Our Commitment

We guarantee high-standard packaging, product authenticity, and timely coordination to ensure a smooth pickup process. Once the goods are collected, the responsibility for transportation, import, and compliance transfers fully to the wholesale partner.
