Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) — The minimum wholesale order is 24 bottles per shipment. Larger quantities may qualify for additional commercial terms.

Pricing & Payment — Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval of your application. Payment must be completed before dispatch. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery — We ship exclusively within the European Union. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframe: 12–20 business days.

Returns & Replacements — Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, with photo documentation. Replacement stock will be shipped at no additional cost.

Brand Use & Marketing Materials — Approved wholesale partners may use our bottle photography, product descriptions, and brand assets for promotional purposes. Any rebranding or alteration of our identity is strictly prohibited.

Resale Authorization — Products may be resold only in the original bottle and packaging. Online resale (e-commerce stores, marketplaces, etc.) requires prior written approval.

Territory Restrictions — Wholesale partnerships may include territory guidelines to maintain fair market practices. Exclusive territory agreements are available upon evaluation.

Quality & Storage — As a premium aged sweet wine, Commandaria must be stored in a cool, dry, shaded environment. Partners are responsible for ensuring appropriate storage conditions.

Communication & Support — Wholesale partners benefit from direct communication with our team for stock availability, marketing coordination, and future allocations from limited productions.
